Meet Jineen who is a naturally gray haired influencer in Nashville, TN, encouraging women to embrace their gray hair, beauty, authentic selves and age. She is a mama of three adults and was a surrogate to two of her friends babies. She is a singer who writes poetry, and is the cofounder of a secret project that will come out this year, so stay tuned! Jineen turns fifty this year and can’t wait to welcome this new decade! She's the Founder of Color Me Silvery and Co-Founder of The Silver Sage.
Last year she was an attendee bringing her enthusiam and grace to the room, but this year she's joining as an emcee and helping us rock this experience.

Stephanie is the Founder of Celebrate the Gray, a modeling agency offering both models and clients a market to show midlife women as they are today. She's a trailblazer in the aging community holding brands accountable in their marketing efforts towards women and aging.
She advocates with brands and midlife women to bring awareness to the need for more recognition in media of the powerful force of women entering midlife. They have the wisdom and dollars to spend, but are tired of not being represented in the markets. Stephanie works to bring consumers and brands to a mutual gathering around the table where both feel understood and heard.

Meet Ilise, the woman behind Your Roots Are Showing, a film set for release in 2024. She believes the silver hair acceptance movement and the influence of the silver sister community is part of a cultural shift that is redefining what makes a woman beautiful and relevant. The pandemic put a distinct marker on the timeline of fashion/beauty history and allowed/forced many women to ditch the dye. She made this documentary to explore this defining time that often has deep roots for the individual as well as the collective. They've assembled a patchwork of voices to form a chorus. This film is an ode to her own evolution, and a footnote to a long career as a makeup/hair artist.

Meet Lynne, a Certified Life Coach, Professional Weight Loss Coach, and Author. She began her career by hitchhiking thru life in the 70’s and capturing the turbulence and rebellion of the love generation, during the Vietnam war.
