What to Expect

Get ready to be pampered, inspired, and empowered during three days of pure interactive wonder woman magic! You'll be surrounded by kindred spirits in an intimate setting that's perfect for forging new connections and forming lifelong bonds.

Get ready for lunch everyday, with free-flowing coffee, tea, water, and snacks to keep your energy up during the event. And oh, there's a fabulous goody bag waiting for you, along with delightful surprises sprinkled throughout the day!

Your evenings will be a solo culinary adventure (or, charm some new pals along the way). We'll play matchmaker with some top-notch local eateries. And guess what? Platinum Ticket holders get an exclusive invite to the Welcome Dinner at the divine Twin Owls Steakhouse in Taharaa Mountain Lodge on Wednesday night. Plus, they'll strike a pose for a themed photoshoot for the upcoming Connection 2024 edition and snag a special print copy in November!

Prepare for an exhilarating experience on Friday during our Outdoor Extravaganza! Begin your day with the option of embarking on a stunning hike to Gem Lake, indulging in some retail therapy, or enjoying lakeside activities. If golfing is your thing, we can help with arrangements for either of the two courses in town too. Conclude your sisterhood adventure with a delectable lakeside lunch, ensuring a memorable conclusion to your three days os bliss.

This event is designed for women aged 45 and up, but we warmly welcome daughters and young women as well. It's essential to have these discussions early on to smooth the path ahead. Many of us wish we had more open conversations about these topics when we were younger. So let's work together to change the narrative for future generations.

Q: Do I need to be embracing gray or silver hair to come?

No. We have an inclusive Invitation for Women to Join Our Community. We welcome all women to join us, regardless of their hair colour, as mid-life does not discriminate. Our magazine appreciates and applauds women who embrace their natural shades of silver, so you can expect to see many women confidently sharing their sparkles with us, but, we invite everyone to come play!
